Can I submit a demo of my band?
We are currently not looking for anymore artists.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online store is hosted by MiiDuu, the only form of payment allowed through this store is Paypal. If you see us at a show then we of course accept cash.
Is the Catacomb Records Store secure?
Our online store is hosted by MiiDuu. To prevent unauthorized access, promote data security, and encourage appropriate use of information, they use a variety of tools (encryption technologies, passwords, physical and electronic security, procedural safeguards) to assist in the protection of Your information. However, "perfect security"does not exist on the Internet, so they make no guarantees.
How much does delivery cost?
We send all of our items Royal Mail 1st class. For more information on prices or if you would like us to do a delivery deal for multiple items, please contact us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This really depends on a few different factors: order method, where you live, postal strikes and the reliability of your local postal service. A typical order for in stock items being shipped to a UK. address normally takes a couple of days. Foreign orders will take anywhere from 7-10 days to 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer) for delivery. We keep proof of posting for all items so if your item hasn't arrived please contact us to request this proof.
I live in a foreign country and my package hasn't arrived yet! What can I do?
We can't do that much unfortunately. Sometimes foreign orders get held up in customs, or returned to us because of address problems. If we have made a mistake with your address we will check that we have the correct info and re-send. If it has been returned because you gave us the wrong info, were not at home when the delivery was made or refused the delivery we can re-send but at an extra cost to yourself. If a foreign order does not come back to us and we have proof of postage we cannot compensate customers for the lost order. Foreign orders are at your own risk
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like my item?
Unfortunately not, we cannot offer refunds based on the fact that you don't like the item. We assume that if you're buying the music then you like the music. If you haven't heard of the artist before we recommend you listen to them first. If your item arrives damaged then that is an issue that you will have to take up with your local postal service. All of our items are brand new and undamaged when they leave our office. If for some reason we do agree to a refund, it will be in the form of a store credit.
What happens if my order does not arrive or if something is missing from my order?
If this happens then we are very sorry, please contact us.
Why can't I find Catacomb Records' releases in stores?
All stores determine what they stock. Catacomb Records has good, quality distribution so if you do not see our titles in your local record store give the sales assistant the details of the release and they will be able to order it for you. Vinyl is only available from ourselves.
Can I trade my CD / vinyl / magazine with Catacomb releases?
Yes, we trade like for like, so if you send us 10 7" vinyls, we will send you 10 7" vinyls etc. We are quite select about what we want in our store so please contact us first, state what you would like to trade and how many, and also what Catacomb items you would like to trade against.
